Try London Underground - I go there and it is owned by an Englishman - they do both men's and women's hairdressing and speak English (even if the website is in German!) www.underground.or.at.

My nod goes to Underground too, was there this week and they all speak English, prices are around 25Euros (for a guy) so prolly 100 Euros for a girl.
(I think they have a comp running to see whom can have the most zany coloured hair so you'll fit right in with the stylists...)

One that hasn't been mentioned in all these posts is Bundy & Bundy in the UN complex. All of them speak English, prices mid range, staff change constantly, so can't recommend any, I've always been satisfied. Might be useful for people living out that way. You don't need a pass as it's just inside the entrance foyer.

I think Alex from London Underground usually wins zany hair colour - I go every 5-6 weeks and it is usually a different colour each time! Would recommend her as have been to her for the last six years and always been pleased with the results.

Meant to say that Underground also guarantees your haircut - if you are not happy or think they ought to neaten it up - you can go back within the week (you'd have to book an appointment).

I'd suggest you the hairdresser next to Denizbank AG at Kärtner Ring 1010.
