Really? Usually when I go, it is pretty quiet and dead easy to swim laps. Ok it is busier when they have the aqua-aerobics class, but at least it is sectioned off. And obviously I avoid 'mothers with kids' hour like the plague!

Iam new in Vienna, and interested in gym with pool, preferably at the 1st district (or 9th even better) but consider bordering districts as well. I checked the ones posted above but could anyone guide me on price level ie month/annual rates?

Hi Dima,
you've got the Holmes Place at Börseplatz, 5mn walk from Schottentor-Universtät station. Monthly membership is around 100 €, depends if there's an offer when you want to join and so one.
Gyms are pretty expensive here, but there are inexpensive ones listed in the posts above too

The cheapest I know is McFit if you like the atmosphere.
