Need Car Body Man

The Pickerlprüfung is coming up and ever since that local with the frosted mullet walked out in front of my car, I have needed to rehang the bumper, since the plastic bolts did their job and broke away, maintaining the integrity of the bumper.

Does any one have any good, cheap contacts for auto body repair? Any good Polish or Slovakian car experts in the 'hood?

Going to the dealer is not an option. Not ready to donate blood like that again so soon after the last time.
