How long in Vienna: since summer 2000

Why in Vienna: I came back to Austria after graduation, having spent my third year in Steiermark as a Teaching Assistant, when a job in Brussels fell through. Since then I've worked as a translator and am usually to be found working for a member-based association based at the Oesterreichische Nationalbank organising banking and finance conferences throughout Europe and accompanying publications. For 7 years I was involved with the Austrian Cricket Association, and still play the occasional game for Vienna Cricket Club.

Interests: Classical music, cooking, cricket (in Austria too!), genealogy, photography, travel, wine, whisky

What else you should know about me: I tend to go to a lot of events in and around Vienna - I'm also a regular at EuroCircle and InterNations events. I tend to think nothing of popping over the border to Slovakia or Hungary for a spot of lunch or an evening out.
